Ed Hague-Holmes

Ed joined Boxfusion in 2018 as a CX Consultant specialising in B2C Service. Having implemented many B2C Service projects in a wide range of industries, he has more recently lead several large projects spanning multiple Oracle CX products. In addition to being an expert in B2C Service, Ed has certification in Oracle Intelligent Advisor as well as experience with OIC and ODA. Before joining boxfusion, Ed completed an MSc in Computational Neuroscience and Cognitive Robotics at the University of Birmingham.
