Frustrated with the quality of existing consultancies, our founders wanted to build a company that delivered systems that truly supported its clients' businesses.

Thus Boxfusion was born, built on principles of deep expertise in the Oracle CRM/CX suite, our first-time-right approach and a genuine care for the success of our customers' projects.


Our Journey

From our beginnings in 2010, we have been striving to consistently deliver great business outcomes.


After building a great reputation as a leader in the Siebel sphere, we became one of the first consultancies to build expertise in Oracle CX Cloud.


In 2022, we became part of the Praesto Group – a consultancy with similar values and a track record of success that spans Europe and North America in CRM, Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).


It's a particular source of pride that we have been the consultancy partner of choice for some of our customers for nearly a decade.

Co-Founder & Delivery Director

Andy is Boxfusion's Delivery Director, keeping oversight of all of the company's ongoing projects, helping to ensure successful outcomes for our customers.

Andy has over 20 years’ experience delivering technology solutions and 18 years within the CRM and Customer Experience (CX) space. Throughout his career, Andy has worked in delivery focused, implementation roles, working with businesses to help them achieve their CRM goals. Prior to Boxfusion, Andy worked primarily with the best-of-breed Siebel CRM product, in both Australia and the UK, working across many industries including Banking, Utilities, Public Sector, Government, Pharmaceuticals and Telecoms.

Since co-founding Boxfusion in 2010, Andy has worked closely with Oracle and Boxfusion's clients to drive through successful, and in many cases, highly innovative CRM and CX projects around the world - and has spoken at a number of industry events about these success stories.

Outside of work Andy is kept busy with a love of food, wine...and almost all things sporting.

Andrea is Boxfusion’s Head of CX Service Applications, focusing on best practice alignment, innovation and the development of solutions and approaches within the CX Service space.

Andrea has a number of years’ experience in implementing CRM solutions for global organisations and her knowledge across the Oracle CX Cloud product suite means she plays a key role in shaping innovative, integrated solutions for businesses.

Prior to Boxfusion, Andrea worked primarily with the best-of-breed Siebel CRM product and has since brought this knowledge of cross pillar solutions into her work at Boxfusion.

Since joining Boxfusion, Andrea has focused on the CX Service offering, first specialising in the Oracle CX Service Cloud (RightNow) product suite and more recently across the Oracle Fusion CX Service, HR and Non-HR Help Desk solution offerings.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with friends and family and loves nothing more than travelling the world.

Alex leads our Oracle Sales and Marketing Cloud delivery and brings deep technical expertise from his hands-on implementation background.

A specialist in Oracle Sales Cloud since its early days, he has worked with a range of industries and customer sizes, and overseen complex, global implementations that bridge the gap between CX and ERP landscapes.

More recently, Alex was an early pioneer in Redwood and maintains close working relationships with Oracle’s product development teams.

In addition to his CX expertise, Alex has extensive experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and safely guides customers through extending their CX portfolio using Oracle’s PaaS products.

Having joined the company as a graduate, Alex has worked in every role on a project team. This end-to-end perspective allows him to lead with empathy, technical depth, and strategic oversight.

Outside of work, Alex is a keen runner and is likely to be found pounding the pavements of East London.

Operations Director

João is Boxfusion’s Operations Director, responsible for day-to-day business operations, delivery leadership, and ensuring the organisation runs smoothly.

With a background in Computer Science Engineering, João began his career in CRM consultancy in Portugal. He progressed through technical and leadership roles across industries, including telecoms, automotive, energy, and financial services, working in Portugal, Kenya, Angola, and eventually establishing himself in the UK. He joined Boxfusion as a Principal Consultant and, as the business evolved, moved into broader operational leadership roles.

João is passionate about helping clients succeed through practical, high-impact solutions, sometimes through simple advice rather than large investments. Internally, he takes pride in supporting the development of his colleagues, especially those he’s seen grow from junior consultants into skilled professionals.

Known for being creative, hands-on, and calm under pressure, João is a trusted figure in moments of uncertainty.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, following sports (more watching than playing lately), and occasionally diving into video games.
