Boxfusion clients shortlisted for Oracle CX Markie Awards

Two of Boxfusion's long-standing Oracle CX Cloud customers have been shortlisted as finalists for prestigious Markie Awards!

Boxfusion have worked with Panasonic Computer Products Europe for the past 6 years on their digital transformation. It's fantastic to see them named finalists in the "Best Overall CX" category.

And our teams have worked closely with Hermes for over 4 years, working to bring innovation to their customer services operation. Most recently, this saw the integration of an Oracle Digital Assistant into their wider Oracle CX solution. Their work and success has been rewarded with a nomination in the Best Innovation in Service category!

The 2019 Markie Awards will be presented by Oracle at the annual Modern Customer Experience (MCX) Conference, and recognises Oracle CX Cloud customers showing exceptional CX in marketing, sales, service and commerce functions.
