Throughout the day the Boxfusion team spent their time alternating between attending sessions and spending time on our stand showing of our video demonstrations and talking people through what we have produced for customers so far.

Inside the Consumer Mind

While there were a number of great talks on the day, one of our favourite morning sessions was from Philip Graves, Consumer Behaviour Consultant, entitled "Inside the Consumer Mind". Philip offered us some insight on why customers behave the way they do highlighting how our behaviour and actions are incredibly sensitive to context. Philip highlighted 6 key takeaways for his audience to think about -

  3. And has been digitally disrupted
  4. Measure behaviour not word
  5. Pursue stickiness not loyalty
  6. Focus on customer psychology

Our Videos

We had two video demonstrations featured on our stand showcasing the work we have done with CX cloud and adding some context around what the technologies can achieve in different business scenarios. In case you didn't see the video demonstrations we had on show please take a quick at the links below.

  • Our Sales Cloud video featured Lucy Harris, a UK sales rep for a global organisation using Oracle Sales Cloud to drive her towards her sales targets with tools designed to let her access the information she needs, when she needs it enabling her to make the most out of every sales meeting.

  • And our Service Cloud video which followed Chloe’s journey from inquiring to purchasing a training course. Showing how a modern approach to service across multiple channels, social, online chat, email can improve customer service and reduced the cost of service.
