Pedro has 9 years' experience in CRM and has worked across a wide range of countries and industries. Past clients include those belonging to public sector, telecommunicationsand banking to name a few.

Pedro is certified in Siebel and TOGAF and, combined with a key understanding of UX and CX, has led many usability workshops and process redesigns for major CRM projects.
