Andrea is a Principal CX Cloud Architect and joined Boxfusion in 2015. Andrea has over 20 years experience implementing CRM solutions for global organisations and her knowledge across the Oracle CX Cloud product suite means she plays a key role in shaping innovative, integrated solutions for businesses. 

Andrea often leads Boxfusion's unique CX healthcheck engagements, weaving the Oracle product roadmap, client vision and industry specific shifts into next generation CX strategies that deliver positive change to brands' sales, service and marketing operations.
