Eliza Weld

Eliza joined Boxfusion in 2020 as a CX Consultant specialising in Oracle Sales and Service applications. More recently she has worked on multiple Oracle Digital Assistant projects in a wide range of industries. Eliza's interest in digital assistants is driven by a passion for Customer Experience and the role it plays in fulfilling business requirements. In addition to being an expert in ODA, Eliza is certified in Sales and B2B Service Cloud, and also has experience with multiple Oracle CX products, including Oracle Integration Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
